Our Technology
Preparation table with three levels
Three level preparation tables also have a product infeed belt (middle belt). Through a central infeed bunker the ‘raw’ product is transported to the operators and then to slicing. The waste disappears into a gutter onto the waste belt.
طاولة التحضير من ثلاثه مستويات
طاولة التحضير من ثلاثه مستويات تتكون من حزام التغذية (الحزام الأوسط).من خلال االتغذية المركزية يتم نقل المنتج ' الخام ' إلى المشغلين ومنه الى التقطيع.يتم تجميع النفايات إلى من خلال حزام النفايات في العبوات المخصصة.

Vegetable slicing machine
The vegetable slicing machine is extremely suitable for the cutting of leafy vegetables (several kinds of lettuces) as well as elongated vegetables like cabbage. With the optional adjustable slicing disc, carried out with three crescent shaped knives, also paprika can be sliced.
آلة تقطيع الخضروات
آلة تقطيع الخضار مناسبه للغاية لتقطيع الخضروات الورقية (أنواع مختلفة من الخس) وكذلك الخضروات الطويلة مثل الملفوف. يوجد بالماكينة قرص التقطيع حيث يمكن تعديل مقاس القطع مع ثلاثه سكاكين علي شكل هلال ، يمكن أيضا تقطيع الفلفل الحلو.
Vegetable washing machines
Both floating and non floating products can be washed. The specific adjustments of the vegetable washing machine can be performed both manually and PLC controlled.
ماكينة غسيل الخضروات
مجموعه واسعه من التعديلات يجعل هذه السلسلة الأفضل للاستخدام علي نطاق واسع جدا. ويمكن غسل كل من المنتجات العائمة وغير العائمة. يمكن اجراء التعديلات المحددة لغسالة الخضار علي حد سواء يدويا ومن خلال لوحة التحكم .
Basket mill
The basket mill will be positioned behind the vegetable washer. Each basket holder can be set manually to a certain filling volume, depending on the kind of product
Vegetable centrifuge
The vegetable centrifuge has been developed for centrifuging batches of various kinds of vegetables, as well as for whole leaves and other delicate products.
Transport belts for root vegetables
Transport belts for vegetables are characterised by the use of belts with especially formed, high flights.
Multihead weigher
A multihead weigher is a fast, accurate and reliable weighing machine, used in packing different food products either leafy or non leafy with weight ranging from 5 gm to 2000 gm.

يتم وضع طاولة السلات خلف ماكينة غسيل الخضار. يمكن التحكم في حجم التعبئة اعتمادا علي نوع المنتج مما يضمن جودة عملية التجفيف لاحقا.
التجفيف بالطرد المركزي
تم تطوير أجهزه الطرد المركزي لتجفيف الخضروات الورقية ليتناسب مع أنواع مختلفه من الخضروات، من ضمنها المنتجات ذات الأوراق الكامله وغيرها من المنتجات الحساسة.

يتميز سير نقل الخضروات باستخدام احزمه مرتفعة وذات تصميم محدد الشكل
ميزان متعدد الرؤوس
هو جهاز وزن متعدد الرؤوس، ويستخدم في تعبئة المنتجات الغذائية المختلفة اما الورقية أو غير الورقية مع أوزان تتراوح بين 5 جرام إلى 2000 جرام.
Nitrogen Generator
Engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe supply of 99.9995% pure nitrogen. An equilibrated modified atmosphere containing 1–3% O2 and 5–6% CO2was established with 35 um low density polyethylene film after flushing with 5% O2, 5% CO2 in N2. This will result in a shelf‐life of approximately 14 days at 5°C, almost double that of the normal produced leafy vegetables.
ماكينة إنتاج النيتروجين
تم تصميم هذا الماكينة لانتاج نيتروجين غئائي بنسبة نقاوة 99.9995% عن طريق فصله من الهواء المضغوط. أمكن زيادة صلاحية المنتجات الورقية المحفوظه في درجة حرارة 5م الى 14 يوم عن طريق تعديل محتوى الهواء بعبوة التغليف بضخ 5% O2, 5% CO2 in N2.
